Setup/Room Use Fee

This price includes basic table/chair setup, the use of the event space during the event, and Coffee Service if requested

Private Bartender Fee

$150

The Private Bartender Fee does not include the cost of the alcoholic beverages served.
Special drink pricing is available. Please discuss this with the Events Coordinator at the time of event booking.

Dance Floor Setup

$150

Up to 81 square feet of dance floor can be set up for your event
(not applicable for all event areas)

Audio/Visual Equipment

$50 to $200

We have a variety of equipment for your A/V needs
Please discuss this with the Events Coordinator at the time of event booking.

Special Table Linen Requests

$25 to $300

We provide table linens, skirting, and clost napkins in the color scheme we are using for the season.
Specific Colors/Themes may be requested at an additional cost dependant on amount, style and availability,
and with no less than 21 day advanced notice

Additional Staff

$15 per hr*

Staff cost of what we determine necessary for optimum service is included in both the setup and food & beverage pricing. Request for additional staff above our predetermined requirements will be at $15 per hour per additional staff member and will be billed in full hour incriments only.

Hotel Rooms

Varies

Hotel rooms at a special rate for attendees of your function can be arranged depending on availability, number of guest rooms required, and hotel season
